Our philosophy is simple: everything we do from performance training and recovery to pitching and hitting training must transfer to the field. On-field success is our goal with every athlete that we train.
Too many facilities or training programs only care about PR's and social media-worthy content. At Nomad, we only care if the athlete in front of us is getting better and training protocols are carrying over to the field when it matters the most.
Every athlete is unique and displays their unique movements differently. At Nomad, our goal is to identify each athlete's unique movement characteristics and design a program that enhances strengths while improving weaknesses.
Motor Preferences refer to the intrinsic and unique movement characteristics that are inherent to each individual from the moment of birth. These tendencies, once established, remain consistent throughout one's life. Notably, athletes who align their movements with their natural preferences unlock the potential for elevated performance while simultaneously minimizing the risk of injuries. Baseball motor preferences are just the application of those aligned movements.

Baseball is a difficult game--both mentally and physically. When athletes are more confident in the way they are throwing, hitting, running, fielding, etc it makes everything easier on the field.
At Nomad, we care about each athlete and treat them as a unique individual. Our goal is to improve on-field performance, health, and provide a roadmap for athletes to maximize their potential and reach the next level.
