Gone are the days of overpriced, ineffective private baseball lessons. At Nomad, we prioritize group training above all else because it fosters a team aspect, improves communication, and enhances overall athletic skills. Our approach not only boosts individual performance but also builds teamwork, resilience, and social connections that extend beyond the field.
Group training benefits athletes by creating a community where they can motivate each other, develop critical social skills, and learn to thrive under pressure. This method promotes better physical and mental health, ensuring a more holistic development for young athletes. At Nomad, we believe that the best athletic development happens in a group setting, where everyone works together towards common goals.
Our training program encompasses areas, including pitching mechanics, velocity development, arm care, mobility, recovery strategies, and more. This comprehensive approach ensures that young athletes not only develop their skills but also learn the importance of maintaining their physical health.
The Nomad Youth Program boasts a track record of success. Our dedicated coaches work with elite young athletes, fostering an environment where young players can develop their skills to the fullest.
If you're ready to make a true investment in your development, seize the opportunity that awaits within this transformative program. Your journey to greatness begins here.

Currently, our youth classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6-8pm. More classes will be added depending on the number of athletes in the program.
Athletes begin the session with a dynamic warmup followed by 45-50 minutes of speed, agility, and strength training. The second hour is focused on arm care, throwing mechanics, pitching, and fielding.
We label our Youth Development Program as any athlete below High School. The youngest athlete we typically allow in the program is 10 years old. In groups with a large age disparity, older and younger athletes are separated into smaller groups for the workout portion.
It depends on the age, skill level, and training level of the athlete. We focus on exercises that train the body as one system--things like hangs, carries, crawls, etc. along with teaching and developing fundamental movement patterns to better prepare young athletes for our high school program.
No, our Youth Development Program is a monthly commitment where athletes can attend either 4 or 8 sessions in a month. This is so that our skilled coaches can design a training program with long term development in mind and ensure each athlete is progressing accordingly.
