Michael had a successful career as a professional baseball player, representing the Normal Cornbelters in the Frontier Independent League from 2013 to 2016. During this time, he achieved a noteworthy 23-15 record as a pitcher and secured his place in the team's history by setting franchise records for the most wins and a single-season strikeout record in 2015.
His exceptional skills were already evident during his college years, where he earned the title of All-American pitcher for the University of Dallas in 2011. Michael left an indelible mark at the university, holding records for both single-season and career saves, as well as appearances.
After his playing career, Michael transitioned into coaching and recruiting. From 2016 to 2020, he served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Dallas.
Over the past three years, Michael formerly served as the Coordinator of Player Development at a facility located out of Southlake. In this role, he played a pivotal part in training high school, college, MiLB, and MLB hitters and pitchers, both in person and remotely. His expertise extends to cutting-edge technologies like Trackman, Rapsodo, and Uplift.

Casey's attention to detail and commitment to excellence set the standard for our team. Casey has interned for X2 Baseball and was a High School hitting coach at Bishop Kelley in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tobin, a graduate of Hebron High School, continued his athletic career at multiple Texas junior colleges and is currently a student-athlete at the University of Texas at Dallas.
With over five years of experience in youth athletic development coaching, Tobin specializes in fostering both the mental and physical growth of his athletes.
As a Wylie East High School graduate, Lance began his collegiate baseball career as a pitcher at Kansas Wesleyan University before earning his degree in Health and Human Performance from Abilene Christian University.
He spent three years with the Dallas Mavericks’ Equipment and Sports Performance team, playing a key role in both a Western Conference Finals and an NBA Finals run.
Additionally, he gained valuable hands-on experience as a Strength and Sports Science intern with the SMU Men’s Basketball program.
